Come experience authentic Italian cuisine in a casual fine dining atmosphere. Our menu is full of time tested Italian specialties that you can't find in chain restaurants. Family owned, we take pride in serving the best quality foods in a fun yet refined environment. Our mission is to make you feel like you are eating with family!
Quality Ingredients
We use fresh ingredients in our menu, including in house made pasta and herbs we grow on site. We use locally sourced produce whenever possible and all sauces are made from scratch in our kitchen.
Family Owned
This restaurant is run by a husband and wife team and our family members occupy many positions within the restaurant. We pride ourselves on being a small, locally owned and run business.
Community Oriented
We love being located in the heart of downtown Pittsboro, where we can be deeply involved in the community around us. We collaborate with local businesses whenever possible and support community events. Come join us on Third Friday, First Sunday and Sunday Sip and Cinema in downtown!
Open Now!
Nonna's Cafe is officially open! Current hours are from 7AM-5PM. Serving amazing coffees, including flavored drip coffees, lattes, espresso, as well as specialty teas. Come try one of our signature Italian pastries or just a really great muffin! We will continue to update about the upcoming opening of the full restaurant. We are targeting opening for early 2027, March or April. Thank you!
